POSITION
Marketing Project Manager
We're looking for a Marketing Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency setting. This role sits at the intersection of account support and project management, helping to ensure that deliverables are moving efficiently through the agency — on time, on brand, and on point.
You'll work closely with account leads, creative, production, and media teams to route tasks, organize project details, and support the seamless execution of work. This is not a direct client-facing role, but you'll be a key behind-the-scenes player in how we serve our clients and collaborate across departments.
Responsibilities
Coordinate internal project workflows, routing deliverables, and supporting team communications
Assist in developing meeting agendas, capturing notes, and tracking follow-up tasks
Support the Agency by helping organize project documentation, timelines, and status updates
Collaborate with production to maintain accurate schedules, task assignments, and resource tracking
Ensure internal files, calendars, and digital project folders are well maintained and easy to access
Track project milestones and flag delays or dependencies to appropriate team members
Occasionally assist with vendor outreach, scheduling, or asset coordination as needed
Help ensure smooth internal QA before deliverables are finalized or submitted
Champion team communication and help maintain flow across creative, media, and strategy work
Who You Are
A natural organizer and clear communicator who loves keeping things on track
Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, with a collaborative, proactive mindset
Flexible and resourceful — you can handle shifting priorities and still make progress
A team player who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments
Open to feedback, always learning, and ready to jump in wherever needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field preferred
3–5 years of experience in a creative agency, marketing team, or similar fast-paced environment
Familiarity with project management tools (Productive, Asana, etc.)
Strong organization, note-taking, and scheduling abilities
Proficient in Google Workspace
Bonus: Understanding of creative production processes or experience working with cross-functional teams
Why Bigeye
Join a collaborative and culture-forward agency that values creativity, curiosity, and execution
Work alongside a team that believes in meaningful work, mutual support, and measurable results
