Job Overview

The Vice President of Media & Analytics leads Bigeye’s Media & Analytics team, encompassing digital and traditional media buying and analytics. This role requires a passion for cultivating and leading a fast-paced, cutting-edge, diverse, and collaborative team of forward-thinkers.An articulate, engaging communicator, the VP of Media & Analytics is the face of all things Media and Analytics for Bigeye and leads the agency confidently into the newest trends in both traditional and digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to define and answer their most important business questions, advising on how to best leverage data on media & marketing investments to drive business results.Drive a culture of ‘always on’ data-driven decision-making that institutionalizes consumer-driven analytics in media/marketing investment planning.Provide thought leadership and be a subject matter expert in designing and recommending appropriate analytic methodologies and approaches, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).Respond confidently and authoritatively to client queries about media channel selections, KPIs, metrics, and performance.Generate new business through significant interactions with clients and prospects.Oversee all paid retail and commerce media efforts, including platforms such as Chewy, Walmart, Kroger, and others.Act as a strategic leader of the agency, reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer.

Qualifications

A modern, sophisticated understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and media buying.Experience in managing paid retail and commerce media efforts across platforms such as Chewy, Walmart, Kroger, and others.Ability to work closely with account, creative, and insights teams, with a general understanding and appreciation for their roles within the agency.Strong networking skills, confident public speaking abilities, and outstanding communication skills.Willingness to travel for new business pitches, client meetings, and to present at conferences and industry association meetings.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field preferred.7-10 years in people management.7-10 years of experience with traditional or digital marketingExperience with programmatic media buying, paid search media buying, search engine optimization, analytics, and traditional media buying.Experience with utilizing and implementing ad-serving technology.Demonstrated excellence in communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
